TradeHawk is a policy monitor and corporate auditor of U.S. trade risk. We are not a public-facing service. We build a proprietary risk profile for your business—and nobody else.

• Our clients receive detailed risk mapping and analysis designed to support executive decision-making. Each risk assessment also serves as an external audit of your trade footprint, which can be used to demonstrate reasonable care in a government audit or inquiry.

• We also provide a regulatory monitoring service that fully relieves our clients from following U.S. trade policy developments. We continuously track the Federal Register, executive orders, agency actions, and other U.S. trade policy sources, including relevant social media posts. Our monitoring service translates those developments into client-specific impact analysis spanning all corporate functions. It shows what changed, why it matters, and what to do—as events unfold.
